Create your free landlord account. Upload your national ID and proof of property ownership — a title deed or recent utility bill in your name. Our team reviews and approves your account within 24 hours. This verification step is what makes Find My Place different — it protects both you and your future tenants.
Use our step-by-step listing form to add your property. Set the monthly rent in USD, select property type, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and tick your amenities — parking, borehole, generator, security, furnished or unfurnished. Upload at least 5 photos. Add your availability date and minimum lease term. Preview before publishing.
Important: Do not include phone numbers, WhatsApp, or email in your description. Tenants contact you through the platform only.
Once your listing is live, serious tenants who have been screened, will contact you directly via phone, WhatsApp, or our in-app message thread. You receive an SMS notification every time a tenant unlocks your contact details. Your dashboard shows how many people viewed your listing, how many contacted you, and how many viewing requests are pending.
Tenants who contact you have been vetted to reach you — they are serious, not browsers.
Once a tenant views your property and you agree on terms, confirm the signed lease in your dashboard. Mark the property as rented, and it’s archived. When it becomes available again, re-list with one click.

Every landlord submits a national ID and proof of property ownership. Our team manually reviews each submission within 24 hours. Only verified landlords can list, which is why every listing on Find My Place carries our Verified badge.
